A dynamic 28-year-old social entrepreneur, business consultant, and community advocate. In 2019, she founded EcoTextura, a company specializing in sustainable and inclusive-design PPE for the medical industry. Radhika's journey began with a background in mechanical engineering and experience as a stockbroker. However, her path shifted when she recognized the inefficiencies and unsustainability of PPE during hospital visits in 2015. Determined to make a difference, she dedicated her engineering thesis to redesigning medical PPE and fabrics. Today, EcoTextura supplies to over 40 NHS trusts and has gained global recognition for its work. Alongside her role as CEO, Radhika mentors startups and serves as a trustee at the Milton Keynes Community Foundation, supporting impactful projects within her city.

These interactions have not only broadened my perspective but have also ignited a newfound determination to contribute meaningfully to this cause. As the evening progressed, I couldn't help but feel a sense of inspiration and solidarity with the diverse stories and passions shared by the remarkable individuals in attendance. Each narrative served as a reminder of the transformative impact that can be achieved through collective effort and unwavering dedication. I would have loved more time for socialising and networking between and after the awards. As conversations delved deeper into the backgrounds of individuals and organisations that were announced, they became increasingly captivating. Nonetheless, I am deeply honoured to have been selected, invited, and awarded at the event. The experience has left an indelible mark on me, and I am profoundly grateful for the privilege of being a part of such an extraordinary gathering.
