Lushani has supported over 500 businesses in their growth and investment strategies across the UK, Europe, and USA. In 2017, she founded Luminii Consulting after leading the strategy & CDD practice at Grant Thornton and setting up UK operations for Neovian Partners. With previous roles at PMSI Consulting, KPMG, and Frost & Sullivan, Lushani brings a wealth of experience to her work. She has been featured in various media outlets, podcasts, and industry events and has received several awards, including CEO of the Year in Market Research and Intelligence in the UK.
