Barrister & Founder Goldsmith Chambers, Right to Equality

Charlotte is an award-winning barrister, academic, and advocate known for her impactful work in representing survivors of rape, domestic abuse, and controlling behavior in the family courts. She challenges misconceptions within the justice system and advocates for legal reforms to protect victims. Charlotte authored "Female Genital Mutilation: When Law and Culture Clash" and played a key role in introducing FGM Protection Orders. She's currently working on her upcoming book "He Said She Said: The Struggle for Justice in an Unjust System." Additionally, Charlotte founded Right to Equality, a nonprofit aimed at combating sexist laws that disproportionately affect women and girls.
